The Heart/Liver Separator is applied only for semi automatic separation of heats, liver and lungs from the rest of the intestines from chickens with an eviscerated wieght between 1000 and 2500 g.
The Neck Skin Trimmer 374 is part of the evisceration line and driven by the overhead conveyor. The machine trims the neck skin after the neck has been removed.
